Cold ,Throat pain, sneezes, Head ache

Asked for Male, 22 Years

I have severe cold, lot of sneezing, very sharp pain in the throat while sneezing, bad headache, weakness, body pain. I tried taking homeopathy drops called ACONITUM NAP 3X. and it hasn't worked till now. Could you please help me out as I got to return to my work ASAP ? Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
