Is this possible to cure 18mm pathri by homeapathic .As per doctor pathri is in pith and the operation is the only option.

Suddenly I found a teardrop like polyps hanging from lower part of the nose. It is  painless and the size remains same as it was. I am using thuja gel for 2 months. But there is no improvement. Hi dr ... im 28 years old female have history of chronic anxiety and stress... i noticed appearance of yellow to green echymosis on my thigh and forearm ... come and go .... aalso some petechia ... i did cbc and mpv was 13 ...blood film was normal ... pt and ptt ormal all other ix was normal . i have vit b12 .annd D defeciency can cause echymosis

Ultrasound Tests found 5.0mm gall bladder polyp. Doctor says no further investigation needed for now, only recheck after 6 months for further size growth. But no reason given for polyp presence. Should I check further? can i consult homeopathy doctor. will it be helpful?
