For the past 2 years ive been suffering from joint pain in neck and wrists, i feel an irritating tingling sensation throughout the day. i ws tld by a frnd to use actea spicata,arnica,rhus tox ,hypercium,pulsatilla .. but i dont know what power to use (30 or 200) please help.

For that I have been taken sulphur dose , but it spread too much on thighs, and doctor recommended ointment is livafin and abzorb powder....but after applying cream itching started.....suggest me what to do ?
