I have got few spots on my lips. The doc told me they are fordyces spots. Can this be treated with homeopathy??

I have been diagnosed with a medium sized vestibular Schawanoma inside my right ear. I have symptoms of only tinnitus & mild sensory neural hearing loss since 5months.I also consulted a Neurosurgeon at cmc Vellore Hospital.They told that there are 3 methods of its treatment. 1)Wait & watch,(2) Surgery,(3) Radiosurgery. Since surgery seems to be risky,I wanted to go with the 1st option.But during this watching period I thought of going with Homeopathy. My reports say that my thyroid level is 9.08 but my T3 and T4 levels are normal...is going to effect me adversely?

My present age is 37 years and I am having Arnold Chiari formation(ACM) type 1 with syrinx. Due to that i have Depression, anxiety, vision problem, ear ringing and neck pain?
