Does homeopathic medecine really works ?? I got severely pestules pimple all over my cheeks it is painful red bump aur well as filled with pestules . I have been taking homeopathic medecine for about 3 weeks but unable to see any results.

I have been suffering from dry eyes and sinus allergy since months. Finally have started with homeopathy since a week. I understand it is a slow process and my doctor has asked me to stop all eye drops and other medicines. Can homeopathy cure my dry eyes issue?
