Hi... Recently I have diagnosed with fatty liver, 3rd grade I'm already suffering from sugar, obesity , both kidney stones. My doctor says if my condition will not improve soon I will not live long. I'm just 39. Pls help me what do I do.

I am having sciatica since a year in both legs and lower back pain. Cant sit or stand for long. Walking , swimming causes legs to burn.Can this be cured in homeopathy or is operation the only way out?
