My periods was due on 9th this month but nt get my Peoria's till now I'm taking homeopathy but no periods yet

I have cyst in my both overy and my weight is 85 kg .so i didnt get periods regularly,and my weight is not lossing..iwant to lose my weight what will ido??? Is homeo will completly cure my these problems andhow long i want to take medicine??

Dear Sir, After getting up in the morning I feel after 15 minutes I feel pressure for passing out stool I go to toilet and after doing it I come back and after about 5 to 10 minutes I again feel pressure for stool I again need to go to toilet , after that I go to office but then also I feel bloated stomach and my stomach is full of gas and because of that I pass gas frequently, please advice so that I can overcome my problem, thank you
