I have been facing problems in my family & relation lately.as I result my sleep,diet & lifestyle is affected.if I am happy I feel guilty.i easily cry n stay quiet.i don't feel like talking to anyone or stepping out of the house with the fear of facing past memories.i either sleep /eat alot or scarce.i feel difficult to sleep at night. I think slowly I am going towards depression. Can homeopathy help in this?
