I'm currently having Bartholins cyst Can it be cured with homeopathy? I have true everything and I cannot get it to burst at all .

I have irregular menses.my USG reports shows subserosal fibroid of size 4.5×4.3 cm in fundal region and 2.8×2.9 cm seen in anterior wall of uterus .4-5 cyst of size 2.5×4.0 cm seen in the posterior to the uterus.please suggest homoeopathic medicines.
