I am suffering with social anxiety and lack self confidence issue. I want know, is it curable in homeopathy with medication.

I am taking Silicea 30 for pilonidal sinus. My pilonidal sinus in is bietween the buttocks and litetle secretion came out once but mostly dry. Has pain in the region and small cyst which decreased with Ipubrufen.

There are some small balls just back to my skin... It's hard and there is no swelling... Is there any homeopathic medicine available to reduce it?

I am having some black marks on the Bach hand side of my hand like  which creates during fungal infection but I am having no itching  like which happens in the fungal infection there are some small cuts appearing on that marks. the black spot is  from fingers joint till knuckle. The cuts are healing I have itching on the cuts only and the skin is very dry I used a "sarcona" on them I thought it to be a fungal infection but I only used that cream once it might be due to entensive skin dryness as I am a trainee in Leela palace so I wash my hand numerous times by ecobar handwash so can you pleas tell me what I am suffering with a shin dryness or something else and some treatment fo it.

Feeling pressure in stomach after eating but worsen when I am nervous,my hands start to sweat a lot, feeling pressure in stomach to go to stool again and again. one more thing when I am wake up in the morning then I start to sneeze.
