I'm suffering with external bleeding piles for last 4 years. I have gone through allopathic and ayurvedic medicines so far but no improvement sighted. A lot of pain and bleeding occurs during defecation on daily basis. A lump comes out after the defecation and goes inside after sometime by applying force to pull inside the lump. I have breathing problem especially in cold climate. I feel hard/struggled to breathe in cold climate or in fog/snow conditions. I feel that my nose is blocking to breathe high volume of air. When I sleep turning left side, my left side of nose seems to be blocked and vice versa. When I visit any heavy dust area, I will get sneezed. Seems I have sinus problem. Can you please advise a right solution? I have to work in morning shift timings (4 or 6am) in my internship company.
