Hi, I am  having weak Urine Flow, my qmax is 15ml/sec and qavg is 7.5ml/sec. I had done cystoscopy, and according to doctor there are urethral external sphincters that are tight and due to that flow is low. So i am taking Alfoo from 2 months and he advised me to take it for 6 to 10 months. Is there any Ayurvedic or Homeopathic medicine to relax sphincters muscle.

My hair is thin and rough...it falls very badly..want some good treatment for immediate result with no side effects..
