I have suffered from enlarged swallow neck but there is no pain only size is increased l took FNAC test by my doctor advised in test report mentioned that GRANULOMATOUS LYMPHADENITIS my doctor told that is TB NODE, my doubt which is the best treatment for my problem. is homeopathy  suitable for this problem?

Am Not able to think of future,am not able to plan for future, it happen from the insident of my late uncle with sudden death, my psychology has changed from before , from the insident happen I got a thought I will also die, some kind of fear of own death has stuck in mind, don't know how to get rid of this? I had blurred and cloudy vision in the right eye for which I went to AIIMS Delhi for diagnosis. The doctor asked me whether my parents had cataract or not I told him that my father got his operation done at the age of 38 only then he told me that perhaps due to genetics or trauma there's a cataract that has initiated in my right eye and surgery will be done after sometimes to clear it out.
