Evening Gastric problem
I am suffering from evening gastric problem. I had worked on diet for curing this, but of no use.
After 2 hr of lunch I.e around 3:30 pm gastric problem starts and lasts till 8 pm
I don't eat spicy, junk and oily food. I drink 4 liter of water in a day, but no water with food.

Motion sickness on hilly route
