Can ct scan of abdomen and pelvis shows colon cancer or polpys in the colon. I have done ct scan and i am scared because there is nothing such thing found in it and now m scared of colonoscopy

I am a mother of 3 months old baby and still feeding the baby. Since last two years I have started getting black patches through out my tongue and  small area on feet. My gynecologist said it's a condition called lichen planus and I can start treating it after my delivery. However I was told that allopathic medicine only treats the symptoms with steroids. Is it possible to cure it fully by homeo medicine. Will it affect my baby's feeding if I start treatment. Also some people say it can be cancerous. I have Piles and have been suffering from it since 2 years. I consulted with doctor and he provided me three medicines: 1. Hamamelis Virginica 30CH 2. Collinsonia Canadensis 30CH 3. Biocombination 17 I have been using an oinment Topi Aesculus as suggested. I still sometimes suffer from this when stool gets hard. Should I change the medicine or should I take other treatment? I have consistent brain fog from 23 august 2016. It started with some sort of dizziness and then for some time there was shortness of breath. The last two symptoms disappear in some days but the brain fog persist. From then there was also slight pain in my right upper abdomen. After few days a noticed a bump on left neck. There was one. I came to know that was swollen lymph gland. I didn't paid much attention to it. All was normal except my brain fog. Then in march 2018 I felt one more lymph node and the was also shortness of breath which ended on its own. After some day in April many of the lymph nodes on my left neck were in swollen. There were some episodes of shortness of breath. And more lymph nodes became swollen under may jaw and two or three on my right neck. Sometimes my hand and feet feel cold. Very few times there is also strange sound heard while breathing(like bubbling sensation). And sometimes i feel pain in chest. Feeling short breath from 5 days. Is this sarcoidosis?
