I was suffering from cold and cough in the month of March after holi. The cold was gone after some days but from March end to now I am suffering from unusual mucus in my chest which causes cough and sometimes it's too much that I am not able to breathe properly but my condition is little better now but not that good

Hello Sir/ Madam, My name is Debolina. I am a singer. Since childhood I am facing this cough and cold problem. Before I was staying at my native there it reduced. But after coming Bangalore it has again increased. I get continuous cough and cold. As I am a singer. I have to be more concerned about my voice. Nowadays its staying for more days. It is taking a lot time to recover. I need some permanent solution. My nose is sometimes blocked somtimes running. I am very much tensed. Please suggest me how to get rid of this.
