What is procedure of gaining height through stretching machine in few sessions ? Is that more effective than medicines like symphytum etc . As I am 19yrs old what should I prefer for better results ?

I hv fibroadenoma in right breast at the age of 28.i removed it by operation..but it again appears in same side in 2017 which I again removed with the help of operation...but now 2018 it appears again...what should I do.. 1.operate again to get rid of it 2.take homeopathy medicine?
