I am getting itching under arm and private area and getting red spots ...pls suggest what I should do

I am having headache at left side of back of head followed by vomiting tendency and weaknesses and fatigue, when i do work for more than 45 minutes. I have similar symptoms when i travel through bus, car or auto. The smell trigger activated and headache vomiting and weakness occures immediately after 15 min of sitting. Kindly provide exact issue, some say car sickness issue, some say consult neurologist etc...

Hi Doctor, I am a PCOD patient and it got diagnosed one year back. I am having periods irregularities since past 2 years. Was under allopathic treatment since past 1 year. Doctor advised me to take krimson 35 for 4 months and then gave me some vitamins medicines such as musteve plus, sucal. I could not find any relief. My periods have suppressed alot.
