I am suffering to 1 or 2 stage piles for the first time. what should i chose for diagnose an ayurveda, homopath or alopathy. for curing this for the life time.

Problem: I sweat excessively even though in sitting position at normal room temperature. I Am a mother of two children and both deliveries was ceasarean in Apr 2016 and Oct 2018. From last 3-4 years I put weight of approx 15 kgs. My thyroid problem was identified 8 years back. I Am taking thyronorm 100 mcg as medicine for it. Normally my Blood pressure is 140/ 100. No medicine for BP. Sugar level is normal.

I have detected kidney stone with 5 mm size at middle of the calyx. Please suggest homeopathy option for 5 mm kidney stone.

I feel i have like a bowl in outside of my anus...it has no pain or not flow blood.. Is it a symtoms of piles??

From a long time i am facing some gastric troubles and dyspepsia, after consultation from an gastrologist he diagnosed me with irritable bowel syndrome and suggeated some medicines including rifaximin etc. Some symptoms got improved but their effects were not long lasting now the problem has recurred and i feel pain in my epigastric region including feeling of inflammation in my upper abdomen and bloating and fluetence. Kinldy suggest me some constitutional treatment.

I am suffering from hypothyroid from 3year and also pain in joint and neves too, but report is normal from 6month but pain is no control till now . what are i do please suggest??? also jalan in whole body , hand and leg etc.
