I have headache from last two months ...throbbing pain in head , headache from the back side, neck paine .pain in the bone of the neck where neck starts and base of the head, high pulse rate , vomits, acidity reflux, someday acidity cured bt vomits does not stop, now from someday numbness in the hands during sleeping time , during early morning I have done ct scan, ecg , eco tests are ok . I have pigmentation too on face in these days ,pimples too,What is this ???please help me -

I have done a blood test and in my report there is some liver infection. Test report shows that SGOT value is 59.2 , SGPT value is 110 , GGT value is 61.4 After seen these report i am getting tensed plz suggest me.

I have essential tremors in right hand fingers while writing. TI am facing this problem since last 20 years and are gradually increasing year to year. Now I am not able to write properly. I take too much time in writing. It is aggravated during anxiety and cautiousness. Can't draw straight or circular line. It is always zig-zag. Now I face weakness in my right hand arm also. I find my right hand little shaky while holding a glass of water. The tremors are only while writing otherwise I am quite normal. No visual  tremors in any part of body. I am insulin supportive diabetic. Please suggest me its treatment if any in homeopathy.
