I have pilondial sinus from 5 months ..is there any hompathetic medicines qhich can cure it

I'm suffering from hairfall...which is not a normal hairfall...one month before I went to a dermetologist for the same concern ...he tells me that I'm suffering from alopecia areata and he also recommend me it's treatment but my parents denied me and make  me belive that it can be cured at home  ...Im sure that time also that it not ...even now my condition become worst . ...I can easily saw my skin over my head ...even at home I stop using shampoos which contain BMT chemical which may be responsible for this...although I don't know what to do.
