I have migraine headache from past 25 years, earlier it used be worst and now it will be like throbbing pain at back of the head , once I take any pain killer only it will subside else it stays for days! Looking for any healthy alternative like homoeopathy please provide me the details if it can be cured or reduced.

Hi, One of my relative age 26 male is diagnosed with neurogenic bladder, he is having allopathy medicines alpha blocker  from last one year. And Dr clearly told that there is no cure for neurogenic bladder. But i have heard that there is some permenant cure or treatment in homeopathy For neurogenic bladder?? Is it true that homeopathy has permenant cure for neurogenic bladder which allopathy is not having, if having then how much time it can take to cure?

I feel like my stomach has been full of air, and I can't pass it through any side. When I give pressure/ or massage on it then I feel good. I feel difficulty in bending forward. I have pain in my upper back and neck are too, it think it's related to the same problem. O can't pass a perfect stool, it like constipation, I have a problem of acidity also. My father has been diagnosed with Grade 2 prostatomegaly. His prostate size is 53cc. The prostate is enlarged in size with median lobe indenting on the bladder base. He has a small cystic area with in the median lobe. He had slight pain while passing urine and flow is very low. Average flow was 3ml/s which was considered low by doctors. Doctors have suggested that because of median lobe medication won't be effective. They are suggesting a laparoscopic surgery as the only option. Is there an option other than surgery ?
