At night white discharge some bad dreams night fall in homeopathy some powder given may i use.is it good

From last 3 to 4 months i having swallowed lymph nodes on both side of neck with mild pain sometimes. Not having fever at all. FNAC report says its reactive only. I have taken many antibiotics prescribed by doctors. Is there any medicine in homeopathy to overcome this issue.

I have used adrenalium 3x for stress generated hypertension for around 15 days. It has shown good results and now bp is in normal limits and stress is also reduced. Wanted to know is it safe for long term use like 6 month to one year. Or how long can it be continued without any issues. Thanks

Hi Doctor, I am getting small small kind of lumps only on my left hand and one is on my back left hand side it size doesn't increase I started getting it in 2014. The lumps on my hands have started increasing in number but its size is increasing very slow it's not noticeable but can be felt when searched for it. It is not painful I had consulted with several doctors and they check it and asked to ignore. I am worried for the number increasing on my left hand earlier it was only 1 and now I have 3 to 4 lumps. Kindly help as I don't want to operate but I want to stop it. I guess it has cure in homeopathy. I have no previous medical records or any other diseases. But am allergic to dust and all my immune system is little weak.
