Will homoeopathy be good for treatment of rashes in babies? My baby girl is 7 months plus and has developed mild rashes all over her body. I have been a homoeopathic follower. But I am not sure for such small babies it will work. Please suggest some treatment options for the rashes?

Hi My wife Payel 28years has been diagnosed with Dengue yesterday itself(IgM test positive and blood platelets count is 1,46,000) however there were some visible symptoms like rashes,high fever and join pains since Saturday itself immediately started with certain diet(papaya,papaya leave juice,giloy juice,citrus fruits, pomegranate, beetroot,lauki and ORS along with adequate water intake) Discontinued all the medicine except dolo650 for fever and Capril(which was added since yesterday night). However she is feeling very lethargic,has severe muscle and joint pain,pain behind the eyes,pain in lower abdomen. Has rashes all over the body aswell. Please let me know if we can add any homeopathic medicine and anyother food for diet or anything else we can do so that the platelet does not decrease further and the condition stabilise as soon as possible.
