My echo report found. AMl proplepsed. Trivial MR LVEF 60% No RWMA No vegetation/clot Normal valvular echoes and chamber size. Mild TR No PAH. Final diagnosis. Mitral valve prolapse grade1 TRIVIAL MR. My question is this. Any problem with my heart and is this curable permanently or not. ECG normal TMT test negative.
