I have PCOD, have irregular periods, and have fat. I need to know if homeopathy have any medicine to eliminate my problems. Due to work load in office I am not able to exercise & have proper diet. What to do. Please advice. I am based out of Mumbai.

My sugar fasting 105 & pp is 250, And cholesterol 270, TG 350, which homeopathic medicine will control it.

A doctor diagnosed me with Telogen Effluvium, but I am little bit reluctant to use Minoxidil as I am confused whether it is Alopecia or Telogen Effluvium! I am attaching some photos. Three months ago I was jaundice. After that the acid reflux disease started, since then, I have been constantly getting irritation, pain, ithching, prick in the throat. The doctor of the ENT was shown several times, he wrote Nexpro RH 40mg. Pain and Allergy medicine. But so far the problem of throat problems is not getting better.
