Hydroxyzine and Caffeine
I am in college and I have a paper due tomorrow. I am having extreme anxiety and cannot focus for my stress, however I must get it done. If i take my atterax and pair it with caffeine, most likely 3 shots of espresso, is that safe?

I wouldn't advise you to do that, the caffeine will cause the anxiety effects to worsen. Atarax will cause you to control your anxiety by inducing sleep. You can take the atarax to control your anxiety and you should sleep well so that your performance will be good.
