I got my thyroid tests done recently..My TSH is 7.46 while ft3 is 2.63 pg/ml and ft4 is 1.15 ng/dl which is in normal range.. Do i have thyroid.. Is is too much? Can this be cured permanently with homeopathy?

Diagnosed with duodenal erosion with errosive gastritis last month it has not cured from last one month is there any permanent cure from root cause  in homeopathy without any side effect

Good morning doctor, Last year I got dengue and this year before 3 months i got dengue again.So just to make sure that if everything is okay,I had my CBC done.I usually have.my CBC done for every 30-45 days..and i am seeing everytime that the lymphocytes are gradually increasing.initially they are 20.6 and then increased to 36 and then now they are 48. now I am worried about that. My symptoms are:- numbness in hands (cramps) pain in armpit rarely pain in the ears.
