Have sore throat. Feeling  cold. Feels exhausted and sleepy. Feels like taking  water, mouth is dry.

I was suffering from anxiety 1.5 years back,took homoeopathic treatment from a trusted doctor for 6 months,15 days later developed kidney stones,took 8 months of homoeopathy,now again went into anxiety ,getting disturbing thoughts,feeling stressed out 24*7 ,fear of going out ,sometimes think that I will lose touch with reality..but now I am exhausted,pls tell me if I can I take Allen a78 chronic anxiety drops for this and for how much time
