I have swelling problem from last 2 months.at first, my upper lip had a swelling and after 2 days it went away . After few days my head swelled and then my thumb and after 20 days gap , my upper lip is swelling once again

Ultra sound scanning reveals gall blader stones. I suspected the pain may be due it only. Kindly suggest me medicine for relief. My echo report found. AMl proplepsed. Trivial MR LVEF 60% No RWMA No vegetation/clot Normal valvular echoes and chamber size. Mild TR No PAH. Final diagnosis. Mitral valve prolapse grade1 TRIVIAL MR. My question is this. Any problem with my heart and is this curable permanently or not. ECG normal TMT test negative.
