She is facing cough from last 1week  days and also some time fever. She had antibiotic  medicines and after 2 day's again she is facing the cod and cough. Please suggest

Suddenly i have noticed that since 3 and 4 days i have bleed with motion then i read about this symptom and then i check and realised that i have 1 vaccura near anus. Two days back I am experiencing stomach pain exactly naabi hole inside , and no hunger and stomach feeling .so I am stopping homeopathic . What is the cause of this ? Any tablet to stop.
