Hello doctor! There's a severe pain in my heels from 15-20 days.and also my legs are swollen.if i sit for 5mins nd start walking.iam getting pain in my heels..since iam a lecturer and have to stand for 3hrs for any examination duties...if i stand continuously too , iam getting a severe pain and pain in my heels. hence,i never prefer a high heel anytime..iam not able to undersatand my problem do concult me any therapy or consultation with any doctor or any home remedy Thanks you.

My sister is having harmonnoid from 1 month she is under medication. Taking homopathetic medicine not eating from outside nd having Normal food but still is not cured. Don't know the reason. This year on Feb she faced this problem same but recovered in one week by homopathetic medicine. But again from November she is facing same problem but not recovered yet before this she is under medication taking halopathic medicine to cure her veins problem in legs took vitamin medicine nd other.
