I get negative thoughts and feel weak in the first half of the day and unable to think that future can be good ahead. The moment I wake up I feel sad the most. All this started after two of my marriage proposals were cancelled. I noticed sudden wait loss of 3.5 kgs and I miss unable to gain any weight now. I am able to eat as much as before but don't feel strong like before. Sleep is good but I get negative thoughts in between whenever I wake up. Could this be depression. Is there an effective treatment for depression in homeopathy as good as traditional antidepressant treatment in Allopathy. Kindly help me
