Hi doctor can nux vomica cures or just it treats slow transit constipation... because many laxatives just treats the symptoms but no complete cure..

I hv been suffering from dry eyes for past 4 months . I have tried allopathy but success is only 40% -50%. Symptons include- burning sensation all time , foreign body sensation , itching . Can homeopathic medicine provide a complete solution to all my problems . I also have nose allergy diagnosed prior to this . Is my allergy the real reason for my dry eyes and allergy in eyes ?

Dr. Palvi mehta should I mix jaborandi Q with regular coconut oil in equal quantity? I hope u will reply. Regards
