I have sore throat and little cough . My nose is always blocked and ears too . I have this problem for quite some time now . Is it a allergy or common cold ? Can homeopathy treat such condition ? Symptoms get worse at night with post nasal drip and scrachy throat .. please recommend a permanent solution to my ongoing problems .

I am a 27+ years old working woman. I work in an MNC and I have rotational shifts( day, night, morning) so I don't have a proper routine or diet.
