I have hypothyroid and want to cure it permanently with homeopathy. How long it will take to cure permanently

My mother had a gallbladder removal surgery and after returning from hospital she is having small 2 to 3 cyst on hands and it pains as well please say the cause and treatment for this and also Is this serious please reply THANKYOU

Having bald clean patch from last 4 to 5 months. No flaky skin in this area. Having dandruff  and flaky scalp in other region of head. This dandruff remains for some times and goes. No patches in that area. Used all types of shampoo without sulphide etc but no effect. Treating through homeopath from 3 months. No result so far. Prehistory of allopathy treatment of Asthma since 3 yrs. Asthma is under control now. Please advice

I have right mild varicocele grade1 to grade 2 which was found on Feb 2018. Since then i have mild pain very rarely but i have pain which is mild sharp and pulling in right leg thigh area. Is this due to right variocele ? Can variocele be totally cured by homeopathy ? How right variocele is different from left varicocele ?
