Hi doctor without surgery we can heal varicocele plz suggest me it's paining in scrotum I did scan of scrotum

I am 41 years old man. My current sugar levels is 165 after meal and Tsh is 9.2.But for this I am taking allopathy medicine and Ayurvedic medicine BGR 34 . Is these correct medicine or not. Can sugar be controlled by homeopathy medicine. Can this can be without taking allopathy medicine. Can my pancreas be healthy as before. Also about TSH. Can this controlled by homeopathy

Hi My question is how to take these medicine like doctor told me to take on tongue but my question is after that should I swallow it with saliva or should i hold it in the mouth for sometime then swallow it or is there any other precautions in need to take into consideration. Please guide me.

Sir i had hairfall problem from last 3year sir i had shaved my hair 8 to 9 times and when it grow hairfall start again i dont have dandruff but there is lot of itching nd hairfall in the front and back side of scalp

I am facing essential tremors in right hand fingers while writing for last 20 years which  increased gradually from very mild to severe tremors. Now I am not able to put my signatures.
