Sir is there 100% cure of enlarged adnoids and tonsils in homoyopathy. Please suggest as my son is suffering from the above said

When I read something I feel vertigo .Iam unable to concentrate....Due to mention problem I am not work proper.

So I wanted to is there any way in homepathic to cure Spina bifida ? If yes then what to do.

There are some small lipoma in my body. Hand, chest, stomach and back.Approxe 2-3years. medicine i using 1-sulphur 1M (4 drop in week). 2-kanchnaar gugglu (1capsule Morning and 1capsule Night)

I have a hair breakage or hair fall problem while shampoo or applying oil. I have used 3 times in week both oil and shampoo. But every time I notice that my hair is break or fall while applying.
