I have anxiety and depression since childhood. I also suffered from OCD at one point. I take escitalopram 20 mg and trazodone 50 and clonazepam 1 before sleep. I am working in the night shift because of financial issues. I work from 8 P.M-5 A.M. Then I got to sleep for 1.5-2 hours and then I wake up.  I again try to go to sleep at 1 P.M. Then I take trazodone 50 and clonazepam 1.  I can only hardly sleep for 3.5-4.5 hours. I need to stay for at least 3 years in the night shift to pay off my EMIs. We are trying for children, but we have not been able to succeed yet. There is also a worry that how will I be able to raise and settle my children.  I am easily startled and fearful.  Please help me out.
