No accurate advise can be given without seeing the lesion your child is having. So you need to insert a picture first. And also avoid any self medication as it can change the actual appearance of lesion and it will get difficult for a doctor to make the right diagnosis and thus giving proper treatment.

Dear ma'am
Greetings for the day
As I read your concern about your little baby, I can very well understand how difficult situation is a baby in when he feels itchy.
Calendula will only help him temporary.
With out seeing what kind of eruptions / pimple/dots the baby is having, it's very difficult to tell what he is having.so please share a picture of the affected area.
Also pls chat online and let me know how and when did its start, is it spreading, are they dry or fluid filled etc.
Till then, trim the child's nails so that he didn't itch much.
Use sebamed soap for bathing.
Apply olive oil or put few drops in water while he has a bath.
Wash his clothes separately and let them dry in direct sun.
Thanks and regards
