My blood reports shows elivated liver enzymes and iron also at upper side, vit d deficiency. But I have no any complaints  like weakness, jaundice,nausea nothing ,is it necessary to take medicine or not..? Sgpt, sgot and iron are increase. Please don't finsh your advice as send details/ send reports etc.. Give honest suggestion!. Thanks

Dear Dr As instructed by ayush ministry, to use arsenicum album 30c for purpose of enhancing immunity against covid19, i bought the same from BOIRON(france). Could u please let me know what should be the dosage?. And is it any side effecys if I am taking beta blockers and BP medicines as I am diagnosed dilated cardiomyopathy.
