My mri od brain is normal everything in report except minimal periventricular leukoaraiosis..neurologist said its normal is aging people above 45 yrs and ia harmless but it will remain and there is no medicine in allopathic for it..does homeopathy doctors know about periventricular leukoaraiosis and is their any medicine for it...as far as i know its known as white matter disease

I have tinnitus with buzzing noise since 1yr now mostly in right ears and vertigo sometimes..doctor gave me chenopodium anthelminticum 30 and causticum 30 for 3 weeks..but buzzing sound went less again returned back mri of brain,neck,temporal bone done all reports normal with sinusitis and spondylitis problems..so doctors who have cured tinnitus permanently plz reply
