I have attached a pic of prescription. I can't take the medicine on empty stomach . Getting up early in the morning at first I drink 1 glass luke warm water and then after walking for 15 minutes I go to toilet and then keeping a gap of 45-50 minutes from drinking water I take medicine . But doctor told me to take medicine on empty stomach and after 1 hours drink water . But problem is if I don't drink hot water just getting up early in the morning my stool does not clear and if I go to toilet after 1-2 hours from getting up in the morning then stool is not cleared.  ,So,my question doing this effectiveness of the medicine will be reduced ???

Can homoeopathy and Ayurvedic medication mixed together, I have liver problem can I take homoeopathy medicine and ayurvedic medicine together?
