" Yes, it is possible that you may be experiencing symptoms of Obstructive Sleep Apnea. This is a condition, where your throat muscles relax while asleep, and block breathing, resulting in less oxygen supply to the brain, causing momentary waking up from sleep, loud snoring, choking, gasping, or jerking. As mentioned by you, dry mouth is common too. So, instead of the symptoms, what is important is the causative factor of OSA in your case. This is where Homeopathy comes into the picture. Homeopathy acts on the root cause and hence treatment of OSA becomes holistic and patient-specific. Homeopathy will help you sleep apnea and ensure you have a qualitative sleep. Obesity, overweight, thyroid disorders, and Deviated Nasal Septum are some of the prominent causes of Sleep apnea. Since you are a student, there are chances you are stressed too. It is important, thus, that a qualified Homeopath analyze your case, and give you the most suitable prescription, based on your physical as well as mental symptoms. Please feel free to contact us for any queries related to Homeopathy treatments. Hope this helps!"

Hello, sleeping 4-5 hrs of deep sleep will also be sufficient. It is not that everyone has to sleep 8hrs. Also, dry mouth can be due to nasal obstruction at night causing you to breathe through mouth. Try sleeping on the sides, that may help you. If complaints persist you can take a proper Homoeopathy treatment. To know more & for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.
