Hello I am shy person and has a low confidence, i am unable to speak freely with any one, i am very reserved type of person, unable to talk freely in public or in group of peoples...i cannot keep my opinions in public, it becomes very difficult for me to defend my side and it becomes very hard for me to say no to anyone,i get botherd with this problem very much..i request you to pls suggest me some homeopathic medicine to build confidence...i am very sensitive type of personality...i have discussed with many allopathic doctors but do not got any solution.

After taking medicine from homeopathy doctor and from day 1 medicine give relief and sometime pain persist of problem but its give relief in cheonic diseases does that mean that medicine is working and suitable for that person

I was suffering from anxiety from 6 months. I tried breathing exercise yoga but it will not benefit.Various issues such as not good sleep, overthinking problems, come in path. Hello Dr. I had fever in the month of July two times .after that I started short cough dr. Told me that it's an allergic cough and gave me anti allergic medicine but problem was same .whenever I eat something it seems that some food partials are stuck in my lower neck and upper chest .kindly suggest the reason and medicine.
