My homeopathy doctor recommend me to take medicine with spoon water and two drops And I feel like I am just drinking spoon water I want to know is it okay Am I taking medicine right?

I want to know as allopathy medicine effect our kidney if taken for long time. So homeopathy kidney also affect our kidney If taken for long time?
