I have gained 10 KG in last 6 months. I have been detected with thyroid, very bondry level and doctor told to wait and repeat test before starting medication. Worried of weight gain. I am doing calorie cut and also 1h yoga, not helping at all. Please help me with some medication to reduce weight and increase metabolism
