There are some basic things you can do. Like after working for 30-40 minutes on the screen try to focus on some distant object to relax ciliary muslces. You can do hot and cold fomentations alternately for 5-10 mins 2-3 times a day. There are some yogasanas like shirshasana and accupressure points to improve eye health. The more you take care of your eyes the better you can avoid unwanted medicines. If these do not help then you can consult for homoeopathic treatment.
