Burning sensation, cough and constipation, feels like bowel movement is not empty , after eating heartburn .

I have been a  patient of hypothyroidism since 12 years .my thyroid report is normal But still I feel weakness all the time.i get tired immediately . memory has also become weak.it takes whole day to remember a question .still I forget it.Always feel sleepy.while I was class topper earlier.What should i do?

I am having over all abdomen tenderness but as mentioned in image left side have more tenderness. And pain with touch. some times I get dull pain in that area. I have no other symptoms like nausea, vomiting, Diarrhoea, injury. But some times I get fluffy stools. Since 20 days I have this problem. I was suffering from anxiety from 6 months. I tried breathing exercise yoga but it will not benefit.Various issues such as not good sleep, overthinking problems, come in path. Hello Dr. I had fever in the month of July two times .after that I started short cough dr. Told me that it's an allergic cough and gave me anti allergic medicine but problem was same .whenever I eat something it seems that some food partials are stuck in my lower neck and upper chest .kindly suggest the reason and medicine.
