I have small brown and black marks,when I consulted a dermatologist he told its called DPN and he suggested for laser therapy.Is there any medication in homeopathy? I have consulted many homeopathy doctors but there is no result.Please suggest if really homeopathy can cure the issue and howlong does it take to work? Attached photo for reference

2018 I had sudden boil like near my anus i consulted doctor and he told me it was an perenial abscess and i underwent immediate operation. Doctor also told after this operation fistula may arise . In 2019 I had checkup and Fistulotomy operation was performed. But after operation till today regularly whitish discharge always comes out of my anus when I sit for long or have a long walk though I don't have any pain or other symptoms. I had again consulted doctor several times and as per doctor this is normal and it may continue for lifetime and I don't have to worry if there is no pain or blood. But the situation is quite awkard and disturbing for my normal life which is going on for 3 years. Is there any solution for curing this completely..

In my Ultra Sound it was detected that Gall Bladder - 3 Polyps noted largest is between 7 to 9 mm others < 3 mm . I never did any scans before. No stones detected Bladder sizes normal .
