Which is best medicine for throat infection and pain mild one started today 28.11 only so Azithromycin need not be taken

I have abdominal tenderness and pain at lest side all over my abdomen. Doctors suggests to Upper GI Endoscopy. The conclusions of Endoscopy is Erosive Antral Gastritis and At GE Junction Hital Hernia (sliding). As there is no Medication for cure of Hital Hernia. Please suggest some medicine  for the cure of erosive Antral Gastritis. I am feeling  stomach is worsen day by day please suggest some remidies for it.
