Need to the severity of pain....If its only normal swelling and pain then you can give your baby Arnica 30 (4-5 drops) in one small spoon of water 3 times a day for 2days....

If there is swelling..it requires xray to see if any fracture is there...it requires physical consultation properly with a orthopaedic doctor...pls visit nearby

Go for a checkup and xray so that fracture can be excluded.... Then for management you can have homoeopathy medicine but firstly go to orthopedic for proper diagnosis
